    We were told service charge, £60 would be waived and refunded due to linen problems, didn’t receive any refund.

    We did not have bed linen until 9pm We had no towels, I had to go buy some.

    Fantastic location and great bathroom but its all downhill afterwards.

    Fantastic location and the bathroom looked great.

    The whole apartment would benefit from a massive renovation. There were loose door handles, loose rails, chipped tiling, door closures broken, carpet that needs deep cleaning throughout, holes, chips and scrapes to paint work throughout. Neither T.Vs worked in the bedrooms due to no ariels, bedside lamp in main bedroom didn't work, massive burn mark in the carpet of main bedroom, curtain rail hanging off in main bedroom, fire detector hanging out off ceiling in second bedroom. A massive suitcase was left in the sitting room for no apparent reason and one of the 2 sofa beds was in a shocking state, not only was it covered in stains, when we pulled it out it was in complete disrepair, the springs and lining were all broken and loads of rubbish stuffed in there. We left a day early as it was not a nice place to relax in. Not worth the money we paid.

    Brilliant location. Worth the money.

    A bit noisy from outside but that didn’t bother us.
