We really enjoyed out stay and will definitely consider staying again for next year's trip!
Very cozy cottage. AC Fan was good white noise for road traffic. Location was great for visiting many towns without being in the busyness of downtown Asheville. We came up to visit the Spruce Pine Potter's Market and this was a nice drive for the day.
Nothing major. When we got home Friday evening, remote for TV had dead batteries and office was closed. Luckily, we made it to the DG down the road just in time. Also, real creamer pods for coffee, which we need two pods/day per person to get going.

Definitely stay for everything :)
4th time staying. A first choice for location and comfort. Love it.
Currently the driveway needs replaced or more rocks or something. Could mess us your car but otherwise no complaints.

The Pines Cottages has a vintage vibe. Pet friendly with helpful staff.
Appreciate having a place to stay that allows pets. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cottage was rustic, quirky, and charming. Enjoyed having a full kitchen to make coffee in the morning. Loved the big covered front porch.
The area has traffic noise that you hear while sitting outside. On the plus side, you don't hear the road noise from inside the cottage. All the cottages have window AC's which are loud and not super effective on hot, sticky days.
