Modern room.
Access to room on car park. No breakfast available. Pastries supplied for first morning but not second morning. No room service after first night. Expensive for what is offered. Paying for location

Had a great time, friendly staff helpful, lovely pub good food.
Provided pastries first morning as no breakfast but they forgot for our second morning! However we spoke to bar staff the night before and she gave us supplies plus we went to one of their recommended bfast places and it was very good.
