    Villa maravillosa con vistas de diez, pero el servicio y la seguridad nocturna deben mejorar.

    El alojamiento en sí es espectacular. Tener la piscina privada en la habitación rodeada de árboles te da la sensación de estar completamente sumergido en la selva, pero con unas vistas maravillosas al mar de fondo. Un auténtico paraíso visual. Además, las chicas del personal fueron encantadoras; sumamente amables y dispuestas a ayudar en todo momento. Aunque su horario de atención es limitado (solo están hasta las 17:00), durante el día su servicio fue excelente y más que suficiente.

    Lo peor de la estancia fue un incidente de seguridad muy grave. De madrugada, una persona intentó acceder a nuestra villa. El susto fue enorme, ya que al mirar por la puerta de cristal de la habitación me encontré a alguien intentando entrar en mi habitación. El servicio de atención de las empleadas solo está disponible hasta las 17:00, por lo que, ante una emergencia de este tipo, la instrucción era llamar directamente al dueño. Lo llamé de inmediato y le escribí por WhatsApp, pero no obtuve respuesta alguna. No contestó al móvil en toda la noche y se limitó a responder al día siguiente a través de su personal, excusándose con que había una fiesta en el pueblo y que probablemente era una pareja que intentaba entrar a nuestra piscina para pasar un rato.... Esta absoluta falta de atención ante una urgencia real hizo que mi mujer no pudiera pegar ojo las dos últimas noches. Que un alojamiento no atienda una llamada de emergencia de madrugada me parece intolerable. Tampoco nos pareció normal la política de limpieza. Tienes que avisar expresamente para que te hagan la habitación; si no lo haces, no pasan. En todos los alojamientos en los que hemos estado, la limpieza se realiza todos los días de forma automática y sin necesidad de pedirlo. Da la sensación de que juegan con eso para ahorrarse el servicio si el huésped se olvida de avisar. Por último, aunque el diseño del baño es precioso, el agua caliente apenas dura 3 minutos.

    Could not fault the villa exceptionally clean and staff were brilliant especially Nina who helped us with everything we needed

    We didn't hire any transport so the hill was hard so would recommend hiring a scooter

    Everything, it was perfect Every little detail is thought of, from the way the villa is built, to having 3 types of towels for beach, pool and shower Luxurious place, located in the center but far enough to not hear the noise coming out of it, you can see privacy is a core concept of this property And of course the stunning view is always a pleasure when coming back after a day outside
