True 4 start experience for a very reasonable price
The hotel is fantastic. The room is very large and very nice. The hotel Bar is fantastic (ambiance, food, drinks). The staff is very friendly. The roof bar is also a great experience. There a lots of fantastic restaurants around the hotel in addition to the hotel restaurant and bars.
No free parking but I guess that is expected for a downtown hotel. The Valets were responsive. Self park is available but we did not use it as it only saves about $5. Of course you don't have to tip yourself so the total savings in more but the Valet is very convenient and available 24/7.

Luxury for a great price!
This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! It is designed so intentionally, and they really thought of everything that you'd need for your stay. The beds and linens are comfortable, the shower is the best I've ever seen, and they use high-quality toiletries. The rooftop bar and the restaurant are also beautiful. I only stayed for a night, but I wish I had been there longer! If I ever find myself back in El Paso, I will definitely stay here again.
The service was great overall, but there was a little miscommunication. I had two rooms booked, and I tried to get one upgraded to a king. After a few minutes, they told me they were able to do it. Once my friends got to their room, they saw it wasn't a king room. After going back down to the front desk, they said there were none available. It's not a big deal, but it was confusing because I confirmed with the person checking me in which room number had a king.
