The staff were excellent even though we had no power for the first 9 hours due to a network problem

Had a good evening once sorted out that kitchen was shut on Sundays which is on their website but it wasn’t on the booking site we went through, then we didn’t get two separate beds which we booked instead we got a double. Other than that we had a good time talking to the owner and their mum

I was very pleasantly surprised by this accommodation. Cold Aston is a quintessential beautiful English village. The Inn was very nicely presented. The staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Dining options were limited, focusing mainly on the locally produced beef but all options were of high quality. The bedroom although small was cleverly designed. The bed was a super king size and very comfortable. The ensuite offered a nice powerful shower and pleasant bathroom suite. Would definitely recommend.
