    Dirtiest place ever and property owner is very rude and bed bugs!

    Place was not cleaned in awhile, I have pictures and videos of arrival and leaving property, all bedding was dirty we used our travel blankets and just stripped beds and placed in closets until we left l, nothing was stocked, washer had black mold, yellow stains all over bedding and pillows, toilet, tub, and sink backed up for a whole day property owner did not try to fix, we purchased a tool to.fix garbage disposal after him saying garbage disposal went out and he had a scheduled repair prior to us arriving. Toilet, tub, and sink in bathroom and kitchen backed up one after another. A dirt residue was in tub and sink once water went down. I found bed bug markings on master bedroom mattress when I took pictures of checking out and looking under beds to make sure nothing was left behind. Yellow bugs were all over stove and counter and dish washer. After first review property owner message saying I was a real POS. Please Read reviews before staying, we had to throw bags out and go to laundry mat after finding the markings on the bed and purchase new suit cases and bags.

    I enjoyed my stay. Walking distance to Seawall

    I enjoyed having a private pool.

    The sofa bed was uncomfortable.

    Great Cozy Cottage So Close to the Gulf Beach

    Quaint and cozy cottage only two blocks from the Gulf. Complete with a private pool and garage. Nicely decorated and well maintained. Even had an extra refrigerator which was great for just beverages.

    Only comment was a lack of additional garbage bags on site. There was one in each trash can but no replacements. Four days and 5 people max’ed it out.

    All I can say is that this is super clean. Great owners. Private Pool.

    There was absolutely nothing that I did not like.
