A serious breach of privacy that cut my stay short.
I liked the location and the access to the pool
I'm sorry to say my stay was spoiled by the host crossing personal boundaries in a way I've never experienced before. After finding out my age, the host phoned my mum without my knowledge or consent. During that call she commented that I was as young as her own daughter, raised the fact that I was travelling solo, and told my mum that I had stayed out overnight. I'm an adult paying for accommodation, and my age, my travel plans and where I spend my nights are not the host's business, let alone something to report to my family. Texting and calling my mother when she’s not in the country is completely inappropriate. Afterwards, rather than the situation being put right, the admin messaged me about the incident in a way that made me feel even more uncomfortable. This was deeply unprofessional and left me feeling watched and unwelcome in a place that should have felt private and safe. It affected my stay so much that I chose to leave early and book somewhere else. Guests, especially solo travellers, should be able to expect privacy and respect. I would not recommend this stay to anyone who values either.

Amazing time
Everything was amazing! I felt like all of hotel is mine 🤣 I had apartament directly in front of my room. Room was clean and full of everything what I need.

My daughter and I had an amazing four-day stay at HCEAS. The room was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located, truly everything is within walking distance. The host and manager were incredibly responsive and attentive. The taxi pick-up and drop-off service was a huge perk, and they arranged all of our tours, making everything seamless. We also loved the welcome packet with snacks and drinks, such a thoughtful touch. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. We felt completely at ease and genuinely enjoyed our time. Highly recommend!

Great option in a beautiful quiet neighborhood
Really clean, comfortable bed, newly renovated space, sunny & bright, lots of thoughtful snacks, pots etc. Walking distance to everything. Host very responsive and professional.
