    Fantastic, Will definitely stay here again if we return!

    Property was perfect for a city break, located 5 minutes or less from the Vatican, room was clean and had all the needed facilities for a city break! From the outside it looks like a piece of Rome with big solid Roman type doors but once inside and you’ve navigated the unique lift! It’s very modern looking. The check in routine was unique never had experienced checking in over WhatsApp before, so that may scare a few!

    Nothing stands out that we didn’t like, we were only there to sleep then we were back out around Rome.

    Disappointing and inconvenient

    Location

    Not a proper hotel - this was not clear from the booking process. Staff not onsite regularly. The room was basically dirty and needed a refresh. The floor was absolutely filthy. The housekeeping was only available at certain times. One day no toilet paper was left so we had to improvise which was difficult with no bidet! Only one set of keys made it difficult to come and go separately. Bidet non operational. Bed uncomfortable and old. Sheets weren’t changed in the five days. Overall quite disappointing. I will not be recommending anyone stay there.
