    Great stay - would definitely go back there again

    Lovely room in the basement but with lots of light. Great staff and an efficient check-in. Comfy. Great shower. Very central location. Good value for money. Extremely quiet. Free breakfast available.

    There was no space for a desk so that room would not have been good for a work trip and there is no mini fridge.

    Room big and comfortable. All facilities you would expect were there. Traditional decor and original features.

    Breakfast. Self service. Options weren't good. White bread only one day. No yoghurt. Fruit limited. Other guests brought their own. I went out most mornings. Didn't see any staff all the time I was there. Were contact details but the reason I chose a hotel/guesthouse above an air b n b as a solo traveller is the security of having staff around.
