    The staff goes above and beyond. They were always smiling, courteous, and had a lot of good suggestions. The property is one of a kind. It is very comfortable and homely.

    anytime breakfast was a treat to the senses and taste buds. Served at the patio along the room was a leisurely treat. Manager and the staff were very courteous and looked after all the needs before one can ask for.

    Unironically the best hotel experience I've ever had

    Unironically the best hotel experience I've ever had, and I've stayed at extremely expensive places before. The service is actually unparalleled, every detail is attended to and more. From day/night flexible checkout, all day breakfast a-la-carte, the free postcard sent to a location of your choice. It is actually unbelieveable. I wish this business was in more countries, because I would choose to stay with them wherever I travel. The cuelim building itself is also special - it is the first PM of Goa's mansion so is rich with history. It really feels like you are living in a different era.

    An experiential stay. Would like to return.

    Postcard is unique as each property promised to be a piece of history or story which makes it special. The all-day Breakfast and the possibility of early check in and late check out at no extra cost is its unique USP and a positive definitor from other 5-star properties.

    I am a dog lover but to find a dog in the room on my return in the evening which I had left open during the day could be unsettling to many guests. To be honest I found it endearing but others might not! so housekeeping to be watchful.
