No personal greeting, required to phone someone called Michael, informed over the phone the code to open the .key safe, all very impersonal and non professional. WILL NOT BE STAYING AGAIN.

The property is a little old and tired. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was adequate. Location was great, easy to find. Linen bit worn out. Little squishy for family of 4, but acceptable if your days are busy and just need somewhere to sleep.
