Decent location but small and dated.

Location is pretty good. Right near two tube stops and Kensington garden. Some good food nearby as well. Staff was accommodating when our first room was in the basement and they moved us to a slightly larger room the second night with a window that got some light. This is fine for one person for a night or two.

Rooms are very small even by London standards. Don’t get a room in the basement unless you enjoy claustrophobia. They should really heavily discount those rooms but they don’t so make sure to ask for an upper room. We didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the food. There are better options at this price in my opinion. It also says on booking.com that this is 4 stars? Maybe 3 stars at best.

No good….will not stay here again.

    Location

It’s so small..I had to climb three steps just to get inside. The aircon did not work and the room was very stuffy.

    Good one!

Great location in a very accessible area, with two tube stations just a short walk away. Great and helpful staff.

The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, so I had to use my phone’s hotspot for meetings.
