    Stunning location, Mt Fuji is visible on a clear day

    Nice size rooms, clean and comfy beds. Beautiful location. Loved the shops and aquarium and zoo it was loads of fun. The shuttle to to Hakone and to Odawara

    Amazing location - good food but costly. Pray for good weather!

    Amazing location ! - shame our view of Fuji was limited by the weather (loads of rain and low clouds)

    The cost of breakfast and the buffet dinner were not good value for money - though they were delicious

    Beautiful location and a Mt Fuji view

    Fabulous location. Super helpful staff. Lots of choice for breakfast. Gorgeous, big room and very comfy. Free shuttle into Motohakone was very handy.
