The hotel offers a free shuttle at regular times between 08:00 and 21:00 (runs every 30 minutes), from JR Karuizawa Station’s South Exit. Reservation is not necessary. Guests can leave their luggage at the Karuizawa Station Prince Hotel Guest Service Center (located at the South Exit), and receive them at the front desk if they wish. Please note that car traffic, public transport and shuttle services may be disrupted by heavy snows. Please check weather conditions in advance. A shuttle service to the hot spring is available, and the ride will take approximately 13-minutes. If an adult guest has booked with a meal plan, children aged 4 years old and above will still be charged a fee for their meal. Please pay for the children's meal at the property restaurant.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Guests must check in by 20:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests checking in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Non è un hotel a 5 stelle.

    Ottima vista sul campo da golf e sul monte Asama. Concierge vicino alla stazione per lasciare i bagagli e fare una passeggiata all’outlet in attesa della navetta o treno.

    Questo NON è un hotel 5 stelle. Non ha alcun tipo di servizio (se non una navetta per arrivare alla stazione / centro commerciale e un bar self service al chiuso). La palestra non ha praticamente pesi (unico servizio “vero” in loco). Sulla pagina di Booking si pubblicizza chiaramente la presenza di una spa all’interno della struttura, peccato che le due spa siano presenti solo negli hotel Prince East / West, a 5/10 minuti di navetta. Inoltre, non vi è uno spazio comune all’aperto. Il bagno della nostra camera era vecchio e rovinato (solo vasca e per di più con tendina…), sicuramente non all’altezza di un hotel 5 stelle. Infine, quando siamo arrivati ci hanno chiesto se volessimo che rifacessero / pulissero la camera ogni giorno, cosa che in un hotel 5 stelle uno non si aspetta. Tutto questo pagando €400 a notte, in una cittadina piccola e con poche attività offerte oltre all’outlet vicino alla stazione.

    環境優美，大廳很有質感，房間很大。10-20點1樓有lounge可以飲料、紅白酒香檳、點心吃喝到飽。

    飯店本身沒有溫泉(都沒有評論和部落格提到），竟然要搭接駁車到其他兩館才能泡溫泉，很不方便。花這麼多錢結果搞得好像日歸溫泉一樣（西館溫泉也不如星野日歸）。然後之前寫信詢問有關於洗衣機的事，回答說有洗衣機，但是到現場，服務人員說要到西館，然後洗衣機也不在溫泉附近找不到。

    We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. Highly recommended

    The location and staffs are very accomodating. They have a Smiile right beside the train station and they can transport your things when you artive to the hotel and on your way back.

    I like everything except for the soft pillows.

    他のレストラン、大浴場までの移動、部屋はもう少し広い方がいい
