    Would not stay again

    Didn't like much

    Didn't like having to walk to book in at reception. Staff were okay but unprofessional. Room was poorly laid out, no microwave, no sanitary bin in toilet, bathroom cold and shower leaked. No benches to make a cuppa and power point for jug in wardrobe. Mini bar overpriced and very little provided complimentary. No extra blankets and signage was very confusing. Not informed about renovations. There was only one chair in room. It was a very noisy room. Overpriced for facilities provided.

    Great location for our requirements although that did mean it was also noisy until early hours…

    Understanding there were renovations and that this was will communicated to us, the breakfast could’ve started earlier than 8.00 and also the alternative venue to provide us with welcome drinks had no idea!
