Not all bad, but not up to modern standards
The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was very helpful having a lift. The dinning room was comfortable, the service and food good.
Our room was stark and uninviting. On first entering we thought that we must be in the wrong room. A 4ft 6” double bed is unusual in modern hotels. There was no additional bed cover - all very drab. The shower head dropped and there were some signed of black mould around the base.
