    Rubbish wasn’t good: black bin overflowing when arrived and two bags outside bin had been ripped open and had to clean up.

    Dispite the things I didn’t like we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

    The location was excellent. Lovely garden and kitchen facilities. Nicely furnished.The owners have obviously spent some time renovating it.

    The cleaners hadn’t taken away a food bin which was full and had maggots in it. Stray in the oven hadn’t been cleaned. The only thing lacking upstairs were wardrobes for hanging space.

    Perfect for a family not wanting to use a car but enjoy Broadstairs and all it offers.

    It’s nearness to town and beach.

    Downstairs dark shower and toilet lid not staying upright. Lack of hooks for hanging clothes
