    Overall it was a very special stay for my Husbands 80th. So peaceful with the birdsong for company.

    The bread was delicious— tea, coffee, milk, porridge sachets, cereals and jam sachets in cupboard welcome. I had mentioned to Andy it was my husbands 80th and he had kindly left a bottle of Prosecco in fridge —— and there were red roses on the table which lasted all week— and still going strong!

    The room space is very small— as is basin in bathroom. There is a hoover to suck up and mosquito repellent to apply but we were badly bitten by midges. They were flying around most of the night. My hubby was standing on the bed one evening with the hoover at midnight trying to suck them up!!

    Andy supplied all we needed at The pump house which ch made our weekend stay stress free .

    Lovely little property very private the view was great looking onto fields . Small but very well thought out had everything you needed and more.

    The Host Andy provided very good information from directions to the property and places around to visit. Added bonus was the food provided for breakfast as well as a bottle of wine and snacks which i thought was a really nice touch .

    Very good.lovely setting.Comfortable bed. Good location.Size was the only drawback. Overall would highly recommend
