Location was very good for what we required. The staff were very helpful in our requests. The food was brilliant.
Cleanliness. Although it is an historic place, there was no excuse for the cleanliness in the room. There was dirt on the bedside lamps, the bottom of the wardrobe had bits of paper in, the ceiling lights were full of dust and cobwebs, not just a weeks worth.
