A well maintained, modern apartment close to lots of amenities with free parking.
A great location and within easy reach of the main attractions, plus there were lots of pubs and restaurants to choose from. Free parking was a huge advantage.
Somewhere to hang your clothes and towels in the 2nd bedroom is needed. Also another towel rail in the 2nd bathroom as there was only space to hang 2 towels. A hand rail in the showers would have been good as the shower trays are quite slippery.

We had a very nice stay
Excellent location, lovely decoration and facilities. It is comfortable and homey. Everything was done to a very good standard. Well-equipped kitchen. The management company was excellent; they answered the phone immediately when I had a question about operating the door lock upon arrival, and for less urgent queries, the online response was very good. You are very close to a Sainsbury Local and a guest house that will take your luggage for a day before the room is ready or after check-out if you are still wandering around York. Would happily saty again, would be happy to stay in a place like this if I needed to stay in York for a couple of months on business.
If you are really picky, sometimes you hear a delivery lorry a bit early. There does not seem to be air conditioning which might be a consideration in the hot summers we seem to be entering into; but early September was fine with windows open.

Great location and a really cracking little flat!
Excellent central location. Free parking for one vehicle. The flat had everything we needed for our weekend and was very quiet for a city centre property. It was exceptionally warm during our stay but fans had been put I the rooms which was much appreciated. Lovely little balconies with exceptional minster views. Instructions on arrival, parking and checkout were clear and sent in plenty of time.
The flat was very clean overall but there was some leaflets and empty water bottles that had been left by the previous guests. These were in random places that wouldn't have been easily noticed, so not a big problem for us to just throw in the bin.
