    Enjoyable stay but lacking a personal touch.

    The location was good, within easy reach of the Minster and other interesting attractions.

    We travelled by car, 240 miles door to door. I think a bit of flexibility on access to the flat on arrival would have been helpful. We have had many trips to York staying in similar accommodation and have been able to arrange earlier access.

    Fantastic hosts, great location to the city centre, well equipped in general, modern and clean. Easy to find and having the parking permit was a real bonus to our stay to have, parking was no Issue for us and felt car was safe where parked. Host was great in extending our permit for a few hours on day of departure, to allow us to explore more of York before we went home, very accommodating. Have already recommended to friends and family and hope to return ourselves in the near future for more stays.

    Better hoover to be provided.

    The location is great, you are just about a 10 minute walk to the Minster and the city centre. There are quite a few good bars and restaurants in the area, and a couple of supermarkets nearby. Although the apartment is centrally located it was very quiet. The apartment was very clean and well appointed.
