    Wonderful stay with helpful staff.

    Excellent location and a wonderful setting Ample parking. Clean and spacious rooms

    Shower in bath not ideal but not a great issue

    Very nice hotel and I would stay here again.

    Lovely room overlooking the marina. Clean, modern facilities. Staff charming and helpful.

    Couldn't fault anything at this hotel, although at check in they couldn't take my ApplePay card as room deposit and so I had to find the card number manually (I don't carry physical cards) which was a bit irritating.

    The staff. The food, though expensive.

    Cleanliness and comfort. Room: Could set the temperature but not the complicated menu on the radiators. Extractor fan in bathroom was very loud. We have loved the executive deluxe room with balcony previously, but the suite (last available room) was basically 'soulless'. Eg - no cushions for comfort. Dusty everything. Cobwebs. Inside wardrobe shelf was dusty. Carpet grippers looked terrible. Reported to Reception. Not enough milk. Minute biscuits. Not what we’d call 'comfort for "a 4* luxury hotel" Disappointing this time around.
