We stayed in the Queen Tower B and B from the 5th-15th of September 2026. We just wanted a relaxed break. The reviews were generally good, especially the location. The lady that greeted us was very rude and asked us if we spoke Italian. We said we spoke English, she said ‘I speak Italian, you speak English, that is your hard luck.’ We got a welcoming text which said ‘good evening, did you bring anyone else with you.’ Not very welcoming. There seemed to be a press in the room but the door was locked. There was a very wobbly coat hanger which we were afraid was going to collapse. The television wasn’t working and they only got it working the night before we left. Door to toilet unable to open properly as the wash hand basin was blocking it. Toilet seat was cracked. The information book about the b and b is all about charges. 10 o clock checkout, 15 euro for every hour delay after that. Luggage payment 15 euro after 12 o clock on checkout day. B and B is closed from 12:00-14:00. Failure to return key €200. The list of charges goes on and on. Breakfast is 8:30-10:00. The choice is eggs- scrambled or omelette. Not great for 10 days. Food very scarce for breakfast and when it runs out is not replenished. One morning we arrived from breakfast at 8:40, she shouted at us ‘breakfast 9 o clock’. She does have her favourites, if you speak Italian. If you speak Italian, love eggs and don’t mind walking on eggshells (Pardon the pun) you have some chance. If you want an overpriced badly equipped room, this is the B and B for you. Any good manager would reply to poor feedback with “sorry to hear you weren’t happy with the experience and we will do what we can do to rectify them”. I won’t be holding my breath. Excellent
Polecam, lokalizacja jest w świetnym miejscu, blisko jezioro , restauracje i sklep typu Lidl. Pokój czysty i przytulny, dobrze wyposażony. Na pewno ogromnym plusem jest codzienne sprzątanie i dbanie o pokój przez właścicieli. Właściciele bardzo sympatyczni uśmiechnięci i pomocni, polecam!!
