Very comfortable stay - would recommend
The reception staff were exceptionally lovely and made me feel very welcome. I was also given a room with a sea view which was a nice surprise! Very good location just back from the promenade with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, although there was no noise disturbance. The hotel is nicely decorated and I appreciated the tea/coffee/biscuits provided in my room.
The room could do with a little freshening up as there were a few marks and stains.

Loved the location and view but room was dated and overpriced.
Location. Seaview. Hotel reception, dining room and bar.
Room seemed very dated. No electrical sockets either side of the bed for charging phones, watches etc. The carpet was old and stained around the desk with tea/coffee. As we were there in October I was surprised there was no heating on as the room was cold in the morning and late in the evening. Fortunately there was a plug in electric heater which helped.

Beautiful interior. Nice hotel I’ve ever stay in.
It’s a bit maze. But that can’t be help given it was build built 100+ years ago.
