An excellent hotel that you’ll want to return to again!❤️
The location is very convenient—the train station is just a 2-minute walk away, and you can reach the city center in 5 minutes! The staff are friendly and attentive; I’d especially like to thank Olga for her professionalism and help with everything! The bed and pillows were very comfortable! My room had a balcony with a view of the city! I’d like to mention that I really liked the shower—the water pressure and temperature were great! I loved everything about my stay and will definitely be back!🤗
Breakfasts are a bit meager, but that’s typical for UK—you certainly won’t go hungry! I’d like to point out that breakfast is à la carte rather than a buffet, which isn’t very convenient! On one occasion, they forgot about me—I waited an hour for my order—but then they apologized and brought the breakfast to my room! On the first day, the sink was clogged, but when we asked for it to be fixed, they took care of it that same day! As for housekeeping, they don’t change the bed linens—they just make the beds—but that’s standard for a 4-star hotel. We also had to ask for water, even though it was supposed to be provided in the room daily. All in all, despite everything, it’s a very good hotel—I recommend it.🥰

Rapporto qualità/prezzo corretta, un hotel dove ritornare.
Struttura posizionata a 2 minuti dalla Stazione Piccadilly. Si raggiunge il cuore della città a piedi in 15 minuti. L’hotel è moderno, curato e con personale attento e molto disponibile. A fianco alla reception c’è la sala per le colazioni, con spazi comodi e una piacevolissima vista piscina. Colazione abbondante, completa di tutto e di buona qualità. La nostra camera era una Junior Suite: gli spazi erano abbastanza ampi, il letto comodo e il bagno discretamente spazioso. Purtroppo, gli inglesi non utilizzano quasi mai il bidet e questo è un minus anche per questo hotel. La vista dalla camera era molto apprezzabile. Consiglio questa struttura.
