Very happy with my stay
Sue was very kind and generous offering me an upgraded room for no additional cost as the single room I had booked overlooked a street where night roadworks were scheduled to take place. The BB otherwise checked all the usual boxes as far as my standard expectations are concerned (clean, good VFM, central etc) but i thought I would highlight this gesture as that's the sort of service that stands out.

Location great, staff wonderful, great breakfast
The location and the views from room no. 7 were breathtaking. I could hear the waves from my bed. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room had amazing views too (+ the bright sunlight in the morning). The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming and made the stay even better.
For tall people the climb up to room no. 7 was a bit of a challenge - but doable.

Lage nahe am Meer. Sehr feines Frühstück.
Die Fenster im Zimmer konnten nicht geöffnet werden. Die Betten wurden nicht täglich gemacht.

Clean and safe for our one night stay in Room 2
Location was fantastic, right opposite the beach and an easy walk into town. Sue was lovely, welcoming, the perfect host - breakfast lived up to all of those fantastic reviews - proper filter coffee was great (none of this instant stuff)
