Very noisy, Cars speeding past, guests noisy!
Value for money, nice location close to the beach.
Very noisy over the weekend, guests have no respect for others. Talking loudly in and guests above were plonking all over the floor with high heels from 4am in the morning. Might stay on top level in the future.
