    Great location. Top marks for cleanliness.

    Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location with many of Londons Iconic landmarks within walking distance. Nestor was able to provide a ground floor apartment as we were traveling with an elderly relative.

    Расположение !

    Раковина в спальне забивалась и вода не уходила . Переодически вода становилась холодной и отопление в том числе, в плохую погоду будет холодно, из окон сильно задувает

    Excellent value for an extended stay in Central London

    Wonderful and quiet residential location, but with easy access to Tube and buses. The lower ground studio was as-pictured, very spacious with plenty of natural light. The in-unit combined washer/dryer was a major plus. The bed and bathroom were both clean and comfortable. My partner had stayed at an internationally branded hotel chain in London at a similar price point and The Regency was vastly superior. No real-time interaction with staff as we didn’t need anything, but the check in and mid-stay emails were informative.

    One small thing: there is no deadbolt or secondary lock for the unit — just the keypad lock. Not an issue for us, but I think other guests would find it more secure.
