    Waarschuwing bij boeken van kamer/appartement!!

    Ik wil iedereen waarschuwen die hier een kamer/appartement wil gaan boeken! Dit vanwege geen contact krijgen met de eigenaars van dit hotel. Ruim tevoren heb ik een kamer geboekt, tussendoor gebeld en mails gestuurd voor verdere informatie en sleuteloverdracht. Niemand heeft daarop ooit gereageerd. Ik kreeg telefonisch telkens de melding "Voicemail zit vol"?? Ik kreeg 8 uur voor mijn vertrek een mail dat de reservering niet meer door kon gaan vanwege plotselinge "dringende onderhoudswerkzaamheden" kamer??? Gelukkig had ik in de tussentijd contact opgenomen met Booking.com omdat ik het niet meer vertrouwde. Zij hebben mij zeer goed geholpen door een vervangend hotel voor ons te zoeken. Daar ben ik ze zeer dankbaar voor. Booking.com heeft zelf ook nog geprobeerd contact met dit hotel op te nemen, ook zij kregen met geen mogelijkheid contact! Dus wees gewaarschuwd!
