    Beautiful place, but pricey!

    Property was wonderful! At check in, gentleman at the desk gave us the wrong address to our unit and when we returned to get proper address he wasn’t very apologetic for the inconvenience! Too expensive, was not made aware of resort fee and what was available for us to use. So paid a fee that we for something we didn’t know we had access too! Should have been explained at check-in!

    See above, pretty expensive for a 2 night stay! Lack of communication from front staff check in!

    Very Relaxing and comfortable including a very friendly staff

    Great Residences and friendly staff.

    Pool a Jacuzzi seemed like it needed attention. Shuttles from residences to main lodge would have been nice too.

    Nice but needed a little TLC.

    Near downtown, spacious rooms.

    The name has changed to Trailborn so it took almost a hour of searching to find where we needed to check in. The shower leaked and would not do more than about 60% output, a curtain was torn and the front desk called and wanted some guys to come in and measure the counter tops, the day before we left. I asked them to wait until after we left. I had to unplug the hair from one of the bath tubs to get it to drain.

    The shower head was severely under-pressured. Better off to just take a bath instead. The front desk employee sent us to the wrong condo unit, but we figured it out ourselves. You must take out the garbage yourself in these units, read the fine print. Some serious pot holes around the area so be very cautious. Now the good- very clean rooms, easy access to skiing and kid activities. Ice maker with the fridge which is always a bonus, washer and dryer is a plus. Just nice warm homely space.
