    Fantastic stay

    Room was clean, the location was fantastic, the staff were friendly and helpful, and while I didn't order the breakfast, it looked delicious and well priced.

    Great location and fabulous staff

    the location is great. it is easy walking distance to Victoria station & Buckingham palace. The staff were great and there were plenty of staff at the front desk for fast check in/check out. It was great having a kitchenette in our room with a filtered water tap

    the beds were very lumpy.

    Ein Kleinod in London

    Ein Kleinod in London. Zentral nahe der Victoria Station und trotzdem ruhig in einer hübschen Seitenstraße. Supernette Mitarbeitende (besonders positiv möchten wir den Mitarbeiter erwähnen, der nachts die Rezeption besetzte). Sehr schöne Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile (Spüle, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Nespressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr). Da um die Ecke ein Marks & Spencer ist (und auch andere Geschäfte), kann man sich so wunderbar selbst versorgen und ist nicht auf Restaurants/Cafés angewiesen (von denen es in unmittelbarer Nähe aber auch einige gibt). Das Hotel bietet außerdem auch Frühstück als Zimmerservice an. Jede Menge Sehenswürdigkeiten sind direkt in der Nähe, wie der Buckingham Palace und der St. James und der Green Park. Auch zum Big Ben, nach Mayfair, Kensington und selbst durch den Hyde Park nach Notting Hill kann man (auf schönen Wegen) laufen. Und wenn die Füße dann doch schwer werden, steigt man halt in einen der Busse, wie die 26 oder 52, die ein paar Minuten vom Hotel entfernt halten.

    Gibt wirklich nichts, was hier zu kritisieren wäre.
