    Basic rooms need a face lift

    Friendly staff

    We started in the basic resort rooms. Stayed one night and chose to upgrade to the suites. Rooms are tiny, not cleaned well, nowhere to store or hang clothes and the beds were uncomfortable. Suites are spacious and well kept. They have balconies and plenty of space.

    It was a nice stay with courteous people.

    The rooms were nice. I think the free breakfast was nice. The staff when I spoke to them were extremely courteous and nice. I like that the resort is close to just about everything.

    I didn't like that there was no information in the room advising you about the housekeeping not coming into the room the whole time you are there unless you request it. I had to approach the housekeeping staff while they were cleaning another room to get some more toilet paper and towels about halfway through the stay. I was disappointed that we had to cut our stay a day early due to the leaking pipes.
