    Ok, I expected more for £150 a night.

    Location . Information on the difficult access only made clear after the booking was made. No information given on local buses which made would have helped . No info on local eating places, excursions etc. official book on Lincoln but no personal info.

    Over information on property ( safety including asbestos warning, not present, likely hood of legionnaires disease and how to use stairs carefully. I was worried about the stairs, expecting a tortuous , dangerous flight. A good, straight flight was what they had. TV Very difficult to use. We followed instructions but couldn’t,t get live TV.

    Overall a lovely property

    Location and comfort were very good

    The only complaint I would have is that tv signals and WIFI were very poor
