  My stay was wonderful! The place was spacious, clean, and peaceful, with a great environment and very friendly people. T

  It was quiet and very spacious. Also clean, no regrets. I would come back again

  The only thing was there renovated the place so it was a little noisy in the morning but not extremely, awesome environment and very friendly people

  Horrible staff and dirty apartment

  We didn’t stay at the property. We only stayed for the first night due to the aggressive behaviour of the staff. We booked one property and they gave us a smaller one that wasn’t even cleaned. We have videos recorded with the state of this property. No towels. No toilet paper. The bathroom was disgusting. There were dirty dishes in the sink from the previous customers. The entire property was very noisy with customers listening to music out loud and banging doors even if security was present on site.

  We booked through booking.com which send me the confirmation of reservation and the payment confirmation. In the morning when we went out for breakfast, my family was surrounded by 4 or 5 male staff, with one of them yelling at us that we have to pay for the reservation. Even if I explained that I received a reservation and payment confirmation he was yelling and keep getting in front of my husband, not allowing us to go out of the yard. Our 2 children, 8 and 10 years old were scared and crying while my husband was literally kept prisoner by these men. One of them was holding the phone where another staff was yelling at us to pay for the 3 nights. I explained again the reservation through booking and that even if it may have been a misunderstanding, this was not the way to resolve it. We did pay 2500 dalasi for the night spent in the dirty flat to be able to follow our children who ran outside the yard scared about all the yelling and the aggressive behaviour of the men surrounding us. It was horrible and uncomfortable and it is unacceptable that this property is advertised on booking.com. It was the worst experience we ever had. Action should be taken against this property and its staff.

  Übernachtung in Brusubi

  Apartment war okay, Küche gut eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. AC und wifi vorhanden. Die Lage ist gut. Wir hatten zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer, alles okay

  Als wir ankamen (etwas vor dem offiziellen check in) wurde uns von dem anwesenden Mitarbeiter mitgeteilt, wir wären hier falsch, das ist kein Apartmenthaus 🤔 Nach diversen Versuchen unseren Ansprechpartner zu erreichen und einigem Hin und Her hat uns dann der selbe Mitarbeiter in Empfang genommen und uns das Zimmer gezeigt. Fand ich etwas seltsam. Wir wollten im compound unser Auto parken, das war nicht möglich obwohl Platz genug war (Auto war neu)

  Wonderful location, safe, friendly staff. owner able to make accommodations during stay. I would overall recommend for families, solo travelers!
