    We were totally misled by the advertisement and our need to pay to hold the room. It was nothing like our expectations

    It was a 3-4 bedroom house some distance from the city, decorated like a boutique hotel

    Everything was incredible, but the highlight truely were the owners! They were welcoming, kind, and had a myriad of amazing stories to tell over dinner (mind you, the food was also otherworldly).

    This is a unique experience with a focus on personal relaxation and service. We highly recommend this as a quiet getaway

    It is a step above traditional accommodation with a focus on personal attention from the hosts. Each room has a unique theme, offering comfort & private relaxation. The meals are tailor made to guests, with accompanying drinks. All meals are prepared by the hosts, using their vast travel knowledge to offer a wide variety of cuisines. The Retreat is spotlessly clean and well maintained

    Great affordable place to stay, hosts couldn’t have been better, coffee shop just down the road

    Had our own space with back door access which made coming and going easy.
