  Great value for money

  Excellent location. They mentioned we would have a double bed with two sofa beds but we ended up being provided with a double bed plus bunk beds. The cabin had everything we needed including a towel for each person.

  Location meant that there were a few bugs around at night but not a huge issue.

  Not up to the acceptable nor expected standard.

  Carport, The Master bed, 2 separate vanity basins, patio & outside table setting. A 20lt bottle of water only as a result of the main water source provided being 'bore water' only.

  1) Cabin 7 wasn't thoroughly cleaned internally to any decent persons expected standard. Bugs & other items of rubbish weren't collected from the floor throughout all rooms, underneath bin liners, the floor wasn't swept or mopped either as we all got black feet from walking throughout the cabin. 2) Being notified about having 'bore water' to use as the primary source of water supplied to the cabin.. This information was not mentioned on the property description prior to & during the booking process. I only found out via a leaflet that was placed on the dining table once I had checked in. As a result, it was extremely difficult to attend to my oral hygiene practices. 3) Complimentary sachets of Coffee were not restocked. 4) The igniter for the large gas cooker was not working. 5) The safety railing on the top bed of bunk was loose, hence a safety issue. 6) The empty & used 20lt Water bottle was still positioned on the machine without even having it removed and replaced by the new full replacement bottle that was still sitting on the floor beside it...& it was unplugged....so no precooled water ready for our use. 7) The body washes etc provided inside the shower recess weren't refilled & presented as if they hadn't been filled for a very long time. 8) The items of crockery that we used from the storage cupboard had to be recleaned by us prior to our use as those items weren't clean either. 9) 2 vertical drapes missing from the main window that took away mandatory privacy that should be paramount as it looks directly into the bunk bed area. 10) The bathroom window does not provide any privacy as the windows are not frosted &/or fitted with privacy blinds or curtains etc... 11) Definitely not worth the money that I was charged for the poor quality accommodation that is was & our experience in it. Such a shame!

  Disappointing

  The location was handy, and the beds were comfortable.

  There was a lot of disrepair - doors didn't lock, the shower leaked across the floor, etc. We were only given keys for one entrance, which was on the opposite side of the building to the car port. The wifi didn't work, and the Starlink would only connect while we stood outside the reception office.
