这家民宿离温德米尔火车站步行7分钟距离，巴士站步行2分钟。无论厨房还是浴室，设施齐全。房东更是经常发信息询问入住状况，让人很有安全感。非常推荐，很适合一个人或者两个人入住。

The property was comfortable and very well placed in Windermere with shops, cafes and pubs very nearby, it was also a very nice walk down to Bowness.
There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the property and the parking was very tricky to access.

The Retreat was spacious and well equipped, excellent location for walking to shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Oliver the host was very helpful with good communication.
Parking is free and just outside the accommodation, fortunately we have a small car that is very manoeuvrable, some builders where working on another property and managed to get and old pick up truck round the narrow right angled access but some visitors might not be too happy trying to get their brand new large 4 x 4 in and out. Would have preferred a ground floor as the steps where not obvious in the advertising.
