Lovely studio apartment close to Carlisle but with the bonus of being in the country side. The purpose for my stay was due to having to work in Maryport, so very much a fleeting visit but didn't want to stay in a hotel as my husband and little one came with me. The little touches were lovely, milk, juice , Jam etc were an added bonus. Sadly it poured down for our stay so didn't utilise the garden area, but it would be lovely in the summer. It is nicely decorated and seemed bigger than what I was expecting,though the bathroom is quite small but adequate for a quick stay.

Clean, safe, quiet, comfortable. Great location and excellent value for money.
Met the host in passing who was warm and offered help at any time if needed. Room was really clean, comfortably cooled / heated, and had a continually pleasant scent. Nicely furnished, and a few surprise essentials (milk, coffee, waffles ready and waiting) We’d forgotten milk so this was a good catch. Beautiful location, whisper quiet, close to the main roads to get about but far enough away that you feel like the only people there
Didn’t dislike anything and we’d certainly stay again. Suggestions being; adding 4 robe hooks or an airer in the utility cupboard for wet towels, and a firmer mattress (personal preference, can’t please everyone)

Have stayed here before, it’s peaceful and although there are a couple of houses nearby, it feels very private.
