    Beautiful loby, great staff.

    Room was too warm, heating could not be turned down. Spa opened very late.

    Tolles Hotel wenn man nahe an der Oper und beim Stadtzentrum sein möchte, preislich am oberen Limit.

    Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Valetservice hat hervorragend funktioniert. Der kleine Geburtstagskuchen für meine Partnerin (vom Hotel offeriert) inkl. einer Karte war auf dem Zimmer bei Ankunft, haben wir sehr geschätzt.

    Als Geburtstagsüberraschung wollte ich eine Flasche Champagner und einen kleinen Kuchen auf dem Zimmer haben bei Ankunft. Es war für mich eher gewöhnungsbedürftigt, dass ich diesen (Champagner) bereits im Voraus zahlen musste und nicht während dem Aufenthalt. In einem 5-Sterne Haus würden wir aber frischen Orangensaft ohne Aufpreis erwarten, zumal die Zimmerpreise im oberen Segement (einfaches Zimmer bei CHF 1'000.-- pro Nacht) waren. Evtl. auch bedingt, durch die Konferenz welche zu diesem Zeitpunkt statt fand. Die Wartezeiten für den Einlass ins Restaurant (Frühstück und Abendessen) waren eher lang. Das tägliche Guthaben, welches als Konsumation verbraucht werden kann (so wurde es uns beim Check in gesagt), wurde bei der Schlussrechnung nicht in Abzug gebracht.
