    disapointing

it was conveniently located, and access to property was simple.

The AC had a loud squeeking and sadly it's located right by the door to the bedroom. The up stairs tenants steps were so loud, unable to hear the tv. The bed had no box spring and was essentially a rollaway cot type bed. There were fingerprints all over the kitchen cabinets and knob handles and when I opened the blinds to look out the window there were squashed bugs on the inside of the window. The couch had no less than 3 cigarette burns on it which explains why they had the air humidifer on in the living room when we arrived. And sadly, this wasn't even the most disappointing aspects.
