    Good one

    Everything, BUT check in

    The check in by stuff on duty( male) , he could find 100% prepayment reservation and gave a hard time to my wife! Even I was writing in advance all details: Name the of the person and has showed him on print paper reservation status, even after she help him to find his n the Hotel system he was trying to give her hard time to check in. It is NOT first time in this Hotel we stay and Ritz Carlton ( Shanghai, Astana etc)!
