  Magical

  Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi was nothing short of extraordinary. From our magnificent oceanfront villa to the breathtaking surroundings, everything was exceptional. But what truly sets this resort apart goes far beyond its beauty and luxury. The essence of exceptional hospitality lies in the experience you create, the emotions you inspire, and above all, the way you make your guests feel. And The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi has mastered this art beautifully. Throughout our stay, we felt genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and every interaction reflected sincere kindness and remarkable professionalism. My heartfelt appreciation goes to Munajat and Haikal, the Butler Coordinator, whose outstanding attentiveness and dedication made our experience truly special. A warm thank you also to Syasya for her kindness and thoughtful assistance, and Ismail for his impeccable housekeeping. What we will remember most is not simply the beauty of the resort, but the wonderful feeling of being genuinely cared for. True luxury is not just something you see or enjoy. It is something you feel. And that is precisely what makes this place so extraordinary. Thank you to the entire team for creating such beautiful memories for my family and me. Five stars are simply not enough. We cannot wait to return.

  Comfortable and Good Location

  It was our second time to Langkawi and my first time with both kids. As a mum travelling with 2 kids, staying at Ritz Carlton was really easy and made us right at home. It was only 10 minutes Grab ride from the airport. The resort is still as stunning as when my husband and I first visited two years ago and staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. I felt completely at ease arranging buggy rides for my kids to and from the Ritz Kids and our room. The housekeeping team truly went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. They prepared a special bubble bath for the kids and such thoughtful little touches made our stay extra special.

  Ritz Kids has the potential and capacity to become so much better. It felt a bit run down especially the pool area. Our children went for the Pool Party on Monday but were disappointed that the sound system and the water jets at the splash pad are not working. The area also felt a little dirty. The other side of the kids club is also quite underutilise. You often do not see anyone going there. Maybe the hotel can consider turning into an indoor playground? Or maybe extension could be made to include an outdoor play area? It's just a pity as it could become something more interesting for the kids.
