    Apartamento cómodo, silencioso, muy buen equipado.

    No tengo nada para criticar. Fue una gran experiencia y un acierto haber elegido al Ritz Village como mi lugar en Curaçao. Volvería!

    Doe aub wat aan de kamer die overloopt wanneer het regent. Gasten zitten daar niet op te wachten tijdens hun vakantie.

    Bijna alle personeel is vriendelijk, locatie is fijn en ik kon me auto veilig bijnhet hotel zetten.

    1 nachtportier (gezette man met lichte huidskleur) is 2 x onvriendelijk tegen mij geweest. Negeerde daarentegen ook mijn vrienden volkomen die hem groette toen ik werd afgezet. Ook ben ik zeer teleurgesteld in de klantgerichtheid en service van het hotel. Op de tweede dag meldde ik dat er geen kraanwater was en mijn kamer onder water liep door de regen. Mij werd geadviseerd om handdoeken bij de deur te plaatsen volgende keer. Een dag later kwam het water tot aan mijn bed en moest ik uiteindelijk naar een andere kamer verplaatst worden, na hier zelf naar gevraagd te hebben. Daarbij moest ik mijn zware koffer en tas zelf twee trappen af en vervolgens weer twee trappen op sjouwen. Het probleem met het kraanwater was bovendien nog steeds niet opgelost.

    Muy buena ubicación, cerca al centro. Se podía ir caminando. La comida del desayuno súper rica y todos los días había variaciones.

    Aunque la gente fue muy amable, una persona del aseo no fue tanto. El baño de la habitación es lúgubre, era oscuro, aunque estaba limpio
