    Çok konforlu olmayan emniyetli konaklama

Lokalizasyonu çok iyiydi. Personel çok yardımcı olmaya çalıştı ve güler yüzlü idiler. Katlara ancak oda anahtarıyla çıkılıyordu. Yani emniyetli idi.

Otelin birçok şeyi eski idi, yenilenememiş. Business centre yok seviyesinde yetersizdi. Banyoda lavaboda sıcak su aşırı varken, banyo alırken adeta ılığın üstüne çıkmadı. Saçlarımı lavaboda yıkamak zorunda kaldım. Yine böyle bir otelden beklediğim terlik, diş fırçası, vb şeyler yoktu.

Felt very unsafe - noisy, disruptive guests over two of our three night stay. Staff require training

The room was large and spacious.

Staff were arrogant and rude. Major disruption from other guests on our floor over two nights. This was highlighted to management as well as the need for the staff to be adequately trained in dealing with security and disruptions and customer service. We would most definitely not recommend this hotel and have forwarded our complaint to booking.com
