Location was nice
The man on the front desk who checked us in wasn't particularly warm or friendly. I'd made the booking but my friends arrived later and 2 of them were told they were sharing a family room, which is not what I'd booked. We had to go back to reception and change it. When we went back, we waited for around 10 mins for someone to help us, having asked twice for assistance. The lift doesn't work when we returned in the evening, my partner had to run up to the top floor to send it down

Ok for one night
Very good breakfast
Bed was a little hard and only a double even though it was supposed to be a superior room . Didn’t like the lift, so walked up to 3rd floor .

Very pleasant stay and the staff were lovely.
The first room they put me into was discussing. It was in the attic it was tiny, it smelt very musty the window paintwork needed replacing and the lift didn’t work. They did move me into another room which was much better.
