    Decent hotel and good for the price. Good base to start out trips from.

    Prompt room service. Great location for walks through Alum Chine. Room and hotel was clean, room size decent enough. Breakfast is good.

    Gym facility rather limited. Food wise was good but too much pepper added!

    This is such a jewel of a place to stay in Bournemouth. It’s tucked away but has everything you need and all in a great location to enjoy the nearby beach and Westbourne. Plus it is dog friendly.

    A good value for money hotel close to Alum Chine

    Comfy room, lovely and quiet, great breakfast, tea and coffee making in our room that was replenished during our stay. The breakfast had everything we needed. Although the hotel was busy, there were lots of seats available to admire the view. Good location, close to the beach. We didn't use the pool so can't comment on that.

    Our bathroom was a bit musty smelling and the furniture is a bit dated but all functional. Some of the pillows were pancakes.

    Relaxing and fun break

    The property was located in an affluent, quiet neighbourhood in close proximity to the long expanse of a golden sandy beach. Walking distance or taxi ride from Westbourne where there were lots of restaurants and pubs. It was great to have a few games tables to keep occupied alongside the pool and hot tub. Good coffee machine at breakfast. Plenty of water available. Free parking and no extra charge for using the leisure centre.

    The hotel is dated (but you can see that when you are booking), but it is value for money. The food could have been cooked better /better quality, but there was a good selection at breakfast.
