    A very pleasant stay

    Fantastic service at the reception! Special thanks to Vincent and the manager, Edgar. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient. The hotel is beautiful, with an industrial-style design, and is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and local shops. It is also close to the city center. The rooms are very clean and spacious. My only minor complaint is that if you are assigned a corner room, there is a train passing right outside the window throughout the day, which can be quite noisy. The room’s ventilation system is also fairly loud, so this might be an issue for guests who are sensitive to noise. One other thing I wasn’t particularly happy with was the prepayment system (I had some issues with my card) and the relatively high security deposit. In my opinion, the easiest option would be to simply pay the full amount upon arrival. However, I understand that this might be a policy determined by the country rather than the hotel itself. In Europe, the payment process is much simpler. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay, and the outstanding service from the reception team really made a difference!
