Lovely and inviting little thatched cottage

Gorgeous little house in beautifully cared for surroundings, the owners have obviously made a huge effort to make it lovely and inviting. Dungloe is also close and has everything you need during your stay. There are beautiful beaches nearby and some friendly pubs. Great for a short break.

The shower only has one wall, so it flooded the floor when it was used. The oven is also quite old, but it got the job done. There were some midges in the garden due to the stream.

    Authentic, Peaceful,Magical hidden gem

The cottage is authentic… a true hidden gem. The grounds around it are magical. My family (2 adults, 2 kids) and our two dogs had an amazing time. Our golden retriever especially loved the stream and chasing the little fish. It’s a lovely, quiet place to relax in nature and listen to the flowing water — so peaceful. Michael and Yvonne were lovely and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

    We loved everything

If there's a health and safety issue with a place, the hosts should give the money back.

When we arrived there was a very strong smell of damp. My 80 year old mother suffers from asthma and there is no way she could stay there so we left and contacted the hosts. They refused to refund us. It was terribly disappointing.

Lovely warm comfortable cottage in great location.

Traditional cottage in the outside and lovely and homely on the inside with great facilities and hosts. A perfect place to relax for a few days.
