In consideration to our neighbors, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8am. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Fabulous location and views. Not a great stay or property for the price - let down by tired furnishings and appliances,
Outstanding location and views of the ocean. Warm. Good wifi. Good TV. Nice on site outdoor pool and spa. Great to have on-site parking included The staff at the management company were very friendly and attentive.
Interior is dated, tired, and poorly equipped for the price we paid and the premium location. The building is being renovated, which caused nuisance noise at times during our stay. The kitchen could really use some attention - huge numbers of pots and pans but other cooking essentials absent or lacking. Great to have a full laundry in the apartment but appliances very tired. The tumble dryer is very loud and may be about to give up.

The pool area was protected for those non/beach days. Highly recommend
The location was awesome, amazing having Currumbin creek, beach, local shops, cafe, restaurant and surf club right at the door step! Family friendly staff. Unit was well equipped especially kitchen!
